time, here is some information you might find helpful.  Where do you meet?Just As You Are is currently meeting Saint John's Lutheran Church 1410 Ponce de Leon Avenue NE in Atlanta. CLICK HERE FOR A MAP Who is welcome in your Church? ALL people are welcome, period. Here at Just As You Are, our primary outreach is not only to the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender community, but also to all those who have been disenfranchised by the guilt of religion. We gather to celebrate the love of God, cultivate personal relationships with God, care about one another in Christ, and to communicate salvation through Christ to all people. Attendance or membership at Just As You Are is not indicative of one’s sexual orientation. What do I need to wear? Dress comfortably. While some people dress up, most wear casual and comfortable clothing and many come in whatever they wear to work that day. Don’t worry about what you wear, just come and experience the difference. What time are the services? We worship on Sundays at 6:00 p.m. We feature praise and worship music and are informal. Refreshments and meeting others follow the service. |
